Through the collaboration of the ETSU College of Education, the College of Business and the Department of Instructional Design, an incredibly valuable teaching tool has been created to assist teachers in working with children with different needs, their parents, their peers and others who have the ability to help navigate the life path for those families. The foundation of the exciting educational resource is based on teaching empathy with the understanding the some children have different needs, but every child will be helped to understand the need for compassion.
